We accept most major insurance providers and are happy to work with you to explore credentialing options if we are not currently contracted with your plan. Insurance eligibility may vary depending on individual plan details and network participation.

Some of the insurance providers we currently work with include: Aetna, Aetna Better Health, Amerigroup, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem Medicaid, Beacon Health Options, CareSource, Cigna, EAPs, Humana, Kentucky Medicaid, Kentucky Medicare, Passport, TriCare, and WellCare.

Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Due to our therapists and providers making their own schedules, appointments may be made outside of office hours.

After school appointments are currently limited due to high demand for these time slots.
