We take most major insurances and can work with you to see if we can get credentialed with any insurance that we currently are not in contract with. The insurances that we do not accept are based on the individual plans and are the ones we are not in network with. 

Some of the insurance companies we accept are: Aetna, Aetna Better Health, Amerigroup, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem Medicaid, Beacon Health Options, CareSource, Cigna, EAP's, Humana, KY Medicaid, KY Medicare, Passport, TriCare, and WellCare 

This is not a comprehensive list so if you have an insurance that is not on this list it does not mean it is not accepted. 

Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, however, due to each of our therapist making their own schedule appointments can be made for outside these times. After school appointments are currently limited due to the high demand for these time slots.
