Beginning April 1, 2024 there will be a 2.5% or a $35 late fee, whichever is greater, on all accounts after 30 days if no payment has been made.

After 90 days of no active payments on past due account, your account will be turned over to collections.

Beginning January 1, 2024, there will be a 3% charge to all credit card/cash app transactions. You may pay by ACH Bank Transfer with no service charge. If you plan to pay by ACH Transfer, please call the office PRIOR to setting up your transfer to waive the service charge. Failure to do so will result in automatic service charge, as this cannot be reversed.
